Google Toggle- Google needs Customization!

The recent search engine algorithm that Google has is too good. However, the search engine display system is not much satisfactory. As a Search Engine Optimizer and Search Engine Marketer, I feel a need for something different in Google Search Engine result display system.

When ever I type in a keyword, and I am signed in Google, I get a choice to uplift the websites I prefer, and put down the website that I don’t really like. That is good thing about the search engine. But, if i want the results that Google should display based on its algorithm, I need to sign out of Google or open a different browser. That is a hassle. Google should not show me what I want to see- always! That defeats the purpose of Google Algorithm. This current system is good if you are not a Gmail user, and use Google only for search.

I would love it, if Google customizes its search with little changes. My simple and small suggestion- Google should give an option to display both algorithmic searches and optimized (preferred one- like the current) in the form of a toggle. One toggle displays results according to Google’s “algorithm” and another as what a user prefers or customizes his search list.

What does everyone think? Will and should Google Customize?

I see your point, but web history is a feature that provides you with a more personalized experience on Google, which includes more relevant search results and recommendations. There is the reason why Google created Personalised Google exprience.

Well, I like the Personalized experience that Google provides. But sometimes I just want to know who is on top for a particular keyword and who has fallen down in Google’s organic search.
